4Great detail, but could have been better.Aug 27, 2005

Commander Baccara, one of the coolest figures around BUT, he could have been made better. CB has only 14 points of articulation. His RIGHT arm is stuck in the bend position(only his hand moves), his knees do not bend or turn, and his right shoulder cannot move to the side. In other words his left arm is like that of the CT, his head can move around 360, his feet and hands move and.....that's it. For a cool looking figure like this one wonders why CB does not have the posing ability of the Clone Commander and Clone Trooper. Commander Baccara is dissapointing considering the fact we KNOW Hasbro can do better. Maybe Hasbro is trying to save money.
BUT on the plus side the paints and detail on CB is amazing, Commander Baccara looks EXACTLY like the Bacccra in the movie. An added bonus is that(like all the CTs) his head and shoulder armor are removable which means that you mix and match with other clone figures. Overall if you want to collect all the Clone Commanders from the movie or just want more pieces to customize this figure is for you.

3Calm and CollectedMar 03, 2007

Now, while this clone lacks knee articulation, or verticle articulation of the left arm, he is still suitable for play and posing. The posing is somewhat limited by his lack of knees, but he can still be positioned into some cool positions, most of which involve shooting or snipining. For leading troops into battle, he can appear to calmly assault everything, do to his perpetual upright stance. The fact that he comes with two weapons is a plus, as they can be used to replace lost weapons. Also, his shoulder armor can be removed and placed on any other clone (roughly, as the latch cannot snap, but the pad stays on nonethe less) and can result in sick looking specialized troops. Good for mixing and matching.

4Not the best figureJun 13, 2006
By Scorch "Republic Commando"
I found this figure in a Walgreens around the time The Saga Collection had gone to wave 4. I was surprised to see it in ROTS packaging. The figure was a bit of a dissapointment.

I absolutely HATE the quick draw attack on any figure. I'm sure kids like it, though. This one raises both hands to make the movement seen in ROTS when he and his marines shoot Ki-Adi-Mundi. They really need to make the clone marine... Anyway, the biggest dissapointment is the fact that the knees do not move, but for some strange reason his feet do. I think everyone would be happier if his knees moved instead. Also, the right arm has different articulation from the left arm. They both have moving hands, but the right arm has ball jointed shoulder and elbow while the left has swivel shoulder and elbow. The rest of it's Articulation is ball jointed head and swivel hips.

The helmet/head is nicely detailed, but the visor seems to small. I looks like a regular clone helmet with pads place on it and a cover for the back (Reminds me of a rebel fleet trooper's helmet) and an antenna. It also has a red shoulderpad with a strange looking harness. Then there is a waistcoat that is similar to clone commander 33's, without the pistol holsters.

5GOOD FIGURE, BAD ARTICULATIONMay 18, 2006

The only thing I don't like about this figure is the articulation. I with his knees could bend and his left arm could bend more. But overall, a really, sweet figure!!

5One of the best clonetrooper toys...Nov 03, 2005

I like this figure -- Hasbro delivers. It has got a great sculpt and comes with detailed deco applied to it. It is definetly a great addition to any Star Wars fan's collection of Episode III action figures.

Although Commander Bacara comes with a silly action feature, it does not take away from the look of the figure.
