Bookmark not worth the priceOct 13, 2010

Received the Twilight Cast Bookmark today and am very disappointed with the quality of the bookmark... it is so flimsy that it will not even lay flat (it rolls up)! What I'm more disappointed with is that this seller sells this bookmark for $12.95 when the bookmark itself has a printed price on it of $3.99! I understand there is S&H but to sell it for $12.95 is unbelievable!

"LAST PLACE YOU LOOK" WOULD BE THE LAST PLACE TO BUY! I made copies of what was advertised on the Amazon.com website and I made copies of what I got from this company and I DID NOT GET WHAT WAS ORDERED. I only was able to get a refund only after I e-mailed Amazon.com about seller not getting back to me on WHERE to send the all returns. In my return package to seller, I included copies of what was on the website and what I got and a copy of the shipping/handling bill to seller-I am only getting a reffund on the product but not the shipping cost-I can't believe the seller! Why should I-ME the buyer be held responsible for the shipping when CLEARLY it was the buyers fault. I sent the item back because it WAS WRONG-IT WAS INCORRECT!!
Amazon.com was awesome enough to step-up to the plate and credit me the shipping charge.
I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SHOW EVERYONE MY COPIES OF THE PAPERWORK THAT CLEARLY SHOWS WHAT I PURCHASED AND WHAT I GOT! Would you be satisfied to pay for shipping charges for something you ordered and it what you got was totally different?
